I called to correct the problem, it was said, "so we do it." if I wanted to eat pizza sauce, I would have gone to walmart and bought a dose of it. I was wasting my money. I don't know how this facility can still be in business. I have not met anyone who eats pizza sauce. they go somewhere, but here, unless they want to waste money on false advertising. also, terrible customer service. extremely rude. the sign says "cheese calzone." we are the cheese? you can't call it "Cheese Calzone" if there is no cheese. Maybe I should open my own food truck, advertise that I sell chili, but actually they give them a bowl of sauce with a single chili bean. the same? or how about a bar that sells a drop of beer in a glass full of water? at least the water can be consumed without spun on. you go into a load to put in your body, not up what you have already eaten. Maybe I should just sell “red color” with a drop of red color in an egg yellow blue color. or how would it be seated with a "4 wheeler," which has 4 wheels of different sizes on a wooden block without motor, blossoms. that's such a great business idea. who cares about business ethics or returning customers? it is 2022, no one cares about it, right?
I go there quite often, and staff has always been very friendly, and the food is awesome!! I work at a blood bank and I tell donors about Rosati's! I will tell anyone who will listen, actually. It's on my way home from work, so it's convenient. I would even go out of my way to go there. the only thing that I would say would be an improvement is if they delivered to where I live. I would probably get it more often than I do now. Chiquita is always very friendly, and knows my order already! A valuably employee to you!!
Good but nothing special. Had the thin crust. Expected more of a pizzeria feel but as soon as I walked in it was a delivery takeout place. Not much different than Pizza Hut or Domino's. Again pizzas were good but nothing special.
Calzone had sauce on it and it didn’t have ricotta cheese. It also had so much sauce that it you couldn’t taste the toppings. There was very little mozzarella cheese. It is not a calzone it’s just folded pizza and was not edible. I had to throw it away. I’m very upset that I wasted my money and will never go there again. Also when I called the person on the phone was extremely rude and lectured me on what a calzone is. I’ve ordered calzones at other places and it’s always been mozzarella, ricotta cheese and dough. I’ve never had one that was a folded pizza with mostly sauce and very very little cheese
This place has fantastic food, and I’ve consistently experienced five-star customer service about 95% of the time. Reviews like these can hurt small businesses, especially when people don’t do their research before ordering. Thank you all for staying open and doing such a great job!
