They offer a wide variety of dishes at great prices, all of which are delicious. I had the General Tao's chicken, my wife ordered sushi, and my friend chose hibachi. After sampling a bit of everything, we all agreed it was the best we’ve had. Plus, it was only about $10 per person—a great deal given the generous portions we received.
I walked over from a nearby hotel and discovered some deliciously fresh food. I ordered a large Poke Bowl and definitely felt I got my money's worth. While I thought it could have used a bit more ponzu sauce, the flavors stood out on their own, and everything was genuinely fresh and tasty. The cucumbers were particularly crisp, which was a nice touch. I also ordered some Krab Rangoons and an egg roll, both of which met my expectations in terms of flavor and texture. What impressed me most was seeing a family working together to provide great food. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.
However, I recently ordered takeout during the lockdown, and the experience was quite chaotic and disorganized. While I still strongly recommend the restaurant for dine-in once things return to normal, the takeout experience during this lockdown left much to be desired.
The food was decent, but the woman at the counter is incredibly rude. This was my second visit, and I had the same unpleasant experience with her. When I asked for Sriracha, it felt like I was inquiring about where she got her terrible attitude. She was short and unfriendly during my first visit as well. I wouldn't recommend leaving a tip.
How is it possible to make so much fried rice and still be so bad at it? The Red Bowl location in Oak Leaf has been excellent, but this one is simply terrible. The fried rice I had here might be the worst I've ever tasted! Food: 1/5.
