On Saturday 10th september 2022 at 12:30 a.m. they had only legs and legs. which chicken business has no boobs? a bad one. we left.

Just got home from going through the drive-through. Chica taking orders was literally the rudest person I’ve encountered since moving here a year ago, service industry or otherwise. Then I get my food and it was as if I had already been driving with it for a half hour…with the windows down…and the bag open…and the bags been hangin out the window the whole time. I figure whatever I’ll toss it in the oven, effectively defeating the entire purpose of picking up dinner someone else cooked but hey…but there’s no napkins l, no ketchup, no receipt…and upon asking for these things I was met with even more rudeness and told I couldn’t have the receipt because they “don’t give out receipts.” Guess I won’t be claiming this meal. Contractors and decent human beings, avoid this location at all costs. Anyone I don’t like, please eat here exclusively.

I give this place 5 stars for their customer service. I promised the young lady I was gonna give her a good review and hate to admit I forgot her name. If I encounter her again I will update this post.

Don’t waste your time. I visit this location 2-3 times a month and something is always missing or messed up. Ordered in drive thru (3) 3 pc. Chicken strip combos and was told at the drive thru they had to cook and would be a “few” minutes. Pulled up and paid and was told to pull in the parking spot. Almost 10 minutes later, I went inside to ask about the chicken strips. The cashier yelled back asking where the strips were- the cook yelled back, what strips? How many do you need? Told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They weren’t even busy-I might have understood if they were. Ridiculous! They really get no stars from me but I HAD to put something there. I won’t be back.

Prices getting too high for that little chicken the got, drive thru needs fixing, better customer Service also.
