Poke Cafe - Jacksonville

I drove out here at 8:45 PM only to find that they were closed, even though the sign on the door indicated they should be open until 9 PM. This is very unprofessional and frustrating.

The portion sizes and quality of the food are great for the price. The staff is very friendly, and I always receive my order quickly, even during busy times.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it felt like a typical poke spot. When I was there, it was quite busy with a lot of customers coming and going. The ordering process was straightforward, and they have a good variety of options, including a kiosk for quicker ordering. I ordered a create-your-own bowl and some spam musubi, and the food was tasty. However, what really impressed me was the exceptional service from the young gentleman at the counter. Great service can be hard to find these days, especially among younger employees. His outstanding customer service inspired me to write this review and assures me that I'll be back!

Love love this place, one of the only places that does cooked salmon for poke bowls! It is always fresh and tastes very homemade! You cannot go wrong with this place :
