Planet Smoothie - Jacksonville

I love smoothies and I have a weekly routine with smoothie king and used to do tropical smoothie more than once every week but i got a coupon for planet smoothie and went out to try this other place. This planet smoothie was already expensive as i had suspected but the smoothie I had wasnt very good and it lost its texture immediately. The fruit had an air freshener like after taste and I found arriving also annoying because a new kid area near them just opened and it took a while to just arrive. I dont see why this place exists when I can get smoothies from other places.

Just went here this morning for the 1st time ever. I'm on a specific diet and they helped me find something delicious that worked with my diet. Very helpful guys working here.

I have gone about six or seven times to visit the store and made purchases for myself, my coworkers and also other family members. The staff is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The smoothies are great, the selection, the variety, all things that I look for because I don?t like to drink the same thing over and over. I usually can?t drink too much of a smoothie from other smoothie places, but here I get a large and drink the entire smoothie. I don?t really leave too many reviews and usually when it is bad of course you want to let others know. I was just super impressed by the store, the consistency of my experiences and the product. I highly recommend this planet smoothie.

In and out in 10 minutes this morning. The employee who had helped us was super friendly and he made our smoothies super delicious :

The smoothies are usually pretty good and that?s the only redeeming factor of this location. They have yet to update their online hours to reflect that they close an hour earlier than usual so I placed an online order thinking I?d be able to pick up at 7:15 and the order went through no problem. I go to pick up and the doors are locked. The other times I?ve placed a pickup order when they are actually open, I walk in after 10+ minutes and nobody has even started my order because the receipt printed up front and the employees are in the back on their phones. Overall I have not had good experiences at this location.
