P.f. Chang's Jacksonville

I'm really sad because I come here regularly, but I can agree with other reviews when they say that the quality is easy not as it is used. it tastes definitiw like something they buy from the frozen food department. my escape came not with any brokkoli, way too much sauce and not enough rice as traditional Asian cuisine. only in general poorly prepared. also the panflips look insensitive. that will eat my last time in this restaurant. I can only say that the staff here is very friendly and helpful. they have made the court for me new, which was better, but would not buy again.

Bright spot was our server. eating is really gone. it's been a long time since I ate at pf changs and I guess my expectations are based on the time when eating was unforgettable. baked dumplings were not so great, the smoke sauce was overwhelming and exaggerated the dumplings. the sushi roll was badly built. the fried rice was made dry with bad or wrong rice.

The service was good; the food quality was ok. I was in several PFCs, and the food had more taste; I think it was cooked in a hurry or very quickly. The fried rice had not enough soy sauce and taste. The chicken was a gland. Total experience was okay.

We always enjoy P.F Chang?s, usually we get takeout, but tonight we decided to eat and Michael was our server in the bar area. He was excellent. We sat at a high summit for 2, he was great with his attention and recommendations both food and drinks. Our cocktails and entrees were just as good as we expected, Michael told us that Short Fried rice was a popular choice and we loved it. PF Chang?s has a great seller in Michael, such a strong representation of the brand.

P F Chang's. I reserved a table for the Sunday evening before Valentine's for my wife and I. We arrived and were seated within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't hover but they were attentive. Very happy with the customer service! I ordered Mongolian beef. My wife ordered tempura calamari and white rice We also ordered crab wontons The wontons arrived with drinks within 5 minutes. They were crispy and hot really tasty. The presentation was also nice. As soon as the wontons we're gone, our dinner was put on the table, which was great because usually there is a while to wait still after appetizers. I was worried about the calamari for my wife because it's so easy to overcook, however it was absolutely perfect. Crispy tempura wrapped around perfectly tender calamari rings. Yum! The Mongolian beef was juicy and tender and seasoned nicely and the green onions still had some bite instead of being overcooked. The white rice was perfectly cooked and delivered hot. My only criticism is that the paper menu doesn't have desserts and the web menu sometimes clears and cannot be reloaded without using the QR from the front of the house again. We had a great evening with a great meal and super customer service they totally deserve 5 stars and we will definitely be going back!
