Panda Express - Jacksonville

I waited an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. Some of the meat looked like it belonged in a sci-fi movie. I tried calling the restaurant, but the person who answered just hung up on me. I spent $30 on what felt like trash. My order looked like it had come out of a garbage can, and I felt even worse after I ate some of it. What a disappointment!

The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to assist. The food was amazing, and I truly enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this place!

I prefer to see what I'm ordering, so if I can't see inside the box, I'm not interested. I don't appreciate the lack of courtesy that seems to come across even through the masks we're all wearing. The lobby is closed, and if you're not ready to serve customers, maybe you should just stay closed.

Quality and quantity are missing. I went about a month ago and it didn't have the same taste. Again tried and it was worse. Beef Broccoli had no sauce, taste, barely beef... 2 small strips. Walnut shrimp, no nuts, not much sauce.

I go to panda pretty often since it's an easy meal to get without feeling greasy or slow after.... Now I thought panda was good with the other places I've been to but this one on town center... Omg everything was amazing. Got some orange and teriyaki chicken and this is bussin. Best panda I've ever had 10/10. The rootbeer was pretty good too.
