McDonald's - Jacksonville

Women 's bathroom was out of soap and toilet paper in all stalls and pee all over the toilets. Lady at counter sells me a milk shake then gave me a frappe because the shake machine was down. Then the manager tells me I have to leave. It was 8pm and ifjust say to eat. Why? Because the lobby is closed , she said. Hours on the door say 10pm. It 's a busy 24hr McDonald 's. Noreason to choose security laziness. Yesterday the drive through was blocked off (both lanes) when it was supposed to be opentoo. That was 3:30am. The entire staff are teenagers from what I can tell. I sat in the parking lot after they said to leaveand I saw no reason for them to close early. Not short handed at all and dozens of angry customers tried to go in and avoid thelong one lane drive through and couldn 't. I count 8 employees inside, maybe more I can 't see. These kids just doing it their ownway to make less work for themselves. After reading the recent reviews, I guess McDonald 's is just ok with this. They aren 'tdoing anything about it.

The food is usually good and fresh, here. Yesterday, was the exception. Big Mac meal/combo, ordered. I asked for an extra slice of American cheese on the top patty. My sandwich was very sloppy and slippery. Wasn't fresh, either. Fries, weren't salted. Theyare usually, on point. They are consistently shorthanded and extremely busy. Despite, all? They remain, friendly and courteous.Hoping, for better days for the employees. If they had sufficient staff, they would be better.

Let's start with the service I ordered a #1 (big Mac meal with a sprit no ice), a cheese burger happy meal with a coke. When I got my food I received someone else's food. I asked her for my happy meal soda she said I didn't charge you for it. Since whendo you charge separately for a meal drink? She said in a nasty voice pull up your holding up my line. Me how? If I did the job Iwould have paid attention this order would not be wrong. If I was wrong I would fix it apologize. The food was barelywrapped just thrown in the bag, the big Mac had a spot of Mac sauce overloaded with lettuce. Burger King or Wendy's will bemy next choice

They were out of all cups except small so to order a meal they have to break it up put it on the order piece by piece. So instead of a big Mac meal you have to order a Big Mac, a medium fries and a small drink. You end up paying more for the meal andgetting less

Horrible experience Employees don't check orders Taste: hash browns have old oil aftertaste. Received wrong order I feel like I was totally disrespected. I don't want to go back This is not the first time , always getting wrong orders and taste is awful.Employees busy talking or eating. Their language is so bad u don't cuss in front of customers.
