Burgers are dry, coke machine clogged and overflowing, and pregnant stuff on her phone while sitting in the counter in plain view.

If there is a way to give this place negative Stars I'd much rather do so, I live down the street from the store and it is one of the only places that is open in the middle of the night when I'm getting off of work. I neglect to check my bag often as I amtired and come home to find items missing that I've been charged for and no way to prove that I haven't eaten them as I'vegotten home. Have had multiple incidences with vulgar staff and being denied items that I'm watching multiple cars ahead of mereceive.

I have never felt so unwelcome at a mcdonald?s. i ordered two meals and one extra item and after every word i said while ordering i got an ?anything else? ?anything else?, didn?t get my order repeated at the drive-thru or the window, then when i gotto both windows, neither person said anything to me. just silence and stares. honestly, it seemed like everyone was so mad thatthere were customers there. i used to work in fast food so i get it, but i would never make a customer feel so uncomfortablejust for ordering food. next time i?ll just go to a different location.

Fairly good experience. Went through the drive-thru. It was around lunchtime so it was busy. They forgot my nuggets, but it was replaced with no problem. I asked for no cheese, but cheese was still on my filet o fish. I scraped it off and ateit because I was hungry.

Do not go here. They take forever. I just sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes waiting for food (that doesn 't include the time it took to order pay... that was 15 full minutes at the window). They gave me half my food and not the happy meal. So thefresh food that was hot and would have been decent to eat is now cold and dried out by the time we got home. I 've also comebefore and the manager on duty was completely rude and literally yelled at me. We placed a mobile order and after waiting 20minutes in the parking lot, I tried to enter to store to make sure they received the order. The manager was sitting right nextto the door but it was locked, she motioned to me to go to the other door. I tried, it was also locked. I knocked a couple timesand went back to the door the manager was at. I knocked, trying to let her know the other door was locked and she screamed at me THEY ARE COMING!!!!! . Then an employee started to bring our food out. When we received the food, it was cold and dead like ithad just been sitting there for the last 20 minutes. So needless to say, I will not be returning. It 's not too far to go to theMcDonald 's on Roosevelt, and they usually have much better service.
