Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

I ordered a biscuit meal, which I usually enjoy, but this time the biscuit was the worst I've ever had. It was very hard and seemed at least 3 to 4 days old. On a positive note, the service was excellent. I hope this issue can be addressed. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I work late nights and I got to McDonald's around 3:15 this morning and was told they were rebooting their system and that it would be around 15mins, so I pull in and park and wait. I gave them 20mins so I drive back up to drive Thur and get told they can't take any orders, and that they are changing over to breakfast this is around 3:40am . I've worked McDonald's before and I know breakfast doesn't start till 5am, definitely mad over the situation.

The people working the window this afternoon were very rude so rude to the point I’ll never come back to this location. Terrible customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took me 25 min to get my food. Fries were sub-par, probably been sitting for 30-45 min. Dbl qp wasn't cooked through. Meat was literally red in the middle. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Quarter Pounder Hamburger, Unfilled not so Freshly Cooked Fries
