M Shack Riverside - Jacksonville

The only thing that surpassed the Insanity Burger and the fries was the exceptional customer service. Mr. Royce was incredibly attentive to our drinks and all our service needs. The overall atmosphere was delightful, and the selection of craft brews was impressive. This establishment has truly excelled in areas where many others often fall short. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Wow! The Italian Meatloaf Burger was amazing, and the Taco Fries and Onion Rings were just as delicious! The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful both inside and outside. We ordered margaritas, which were quite good and had a nice kick to them. I will definitely be coming back to try the Grilled Cheeseburger again!

One of my favorite spots to visit! They serve the best sandwiches in Jacksonville, and everything is made from scratch with great care. No shortcuts are taken here; everything is consistently delicious and cooked to perfection. The wait time is never long, if at all, and I always have a fantastic experience. The staff is genuinely enthusiastic about the atmosphere, which adds to the enjoyment. Be sure to try the Pig Bell and the Crazy Monster Burger—it's a burger served between two grilled cheese sandwiches!

The first time on MShack. We were greeted with friendly staff and our food came faster than a ride. Great. Had the M Burger (her signature) and it was good, but smaller than I expected and nothing extra special. Chocolate shake to wash it was delicious, but I was super disappointed, there was no whipped cream or cherry. Minus 1 star. Clean bathroom and cool environment. It's probably worth a stop.

I was a little confused on how to order when I came in. It looks like a sit down restaurant since it has a bar, but it is more like a fast food ordering system. They have the folded menus up front but no large printed menu to look at, which is strange. The decor is modern industrial and very clean. There are even fabric napkins and silverware! Our cashier was SO friendly and enthusiastic. I was surprised to be asked how I would like my hamburger cooked, which is amazing that they even ask. Service was quick and friendly. My M burger was delicious and chocolate shake phenomenal. The only thing missing was some whipped cream on top. I ordered the parmesan truffle fries which were amazing! Overall a great place!
