I just tried this place for the first time, and I have to say, Mr. Lewey delivered lunch to our shop, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. I think I may have eaten the corn on the cob too—maybe even half the box! The flavors were spot on! I highly recommend giving this place a shot. Thank you for the great lunch! That G1 dish was amazing!

I'm relocating back to Jacksonville, and my experience with the food here has been quite inconsistent. Unfortunately, this visit was definitely a miss. When I opened my meal, I was shocked: the oysters were burnt, and the fish portion was so small it seemed more suited for my 3-year-old nephew, who probably still wouldn't have found it satisfying. "Disappointed" doesn’t even begin to cover it! Is there anyone who can recommend a Black-owned restaurant that offers fair portions for the prices they charge? This was just so disappointing. I considered sending my meal back, but I was too afraid of getting in trouble.

Hands down, the BEST place to eat in Jacksonville, FL! The owner and his staff are VERY pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is always great everytime I visit, and the food is amazingly delicious fresh. The wait time is never long. The outside dining area is a great vibe where the music is really good as well as the scenery, The Leweyade (punch) is to live for. This place will keep you coming back everyday.

I recently got the Wings Fries along with a honey dripper and it was absolutely delicious! The food was served hot and fresh, and I must say the customer service was exceptional.
