Kfc - Jacksonville

This KFC location is just plain disgusting and greasy. It seems like most KFC restaurants are declining in quality. Additionally, it is a difficult location to access for pickups with a trailer.

The staff at the restaurant were not very friendly and I had to send my order back because it was incorrect. I ordered a wing and breast, but was given a wing and thigh. When I pointed out the mistake, the server seemed annoyed and simply placed a breast on top of my tray without saying anything. I was disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I felt ill the following day. The food was not very good.

Restroom was as filthy as a 1970s, roadside truck stop unbelievable seems that there was no management whatsoever

Very nice and friendly staff. Hot fresh food served quickly. No complaints! Keep up the great work KFC team!!??
