Hana-yori - Jacksonville

Just okay still haven't found a decent sushi place in jacksonville service was good but it was very smoky from the hood system and the sushi seemed pretty average

If you're ordering to go, it is really difficult to know what the prices are. Their website menu prices are very outdated and you have to call in to order. The sushi is pretty good, 4/5. This time that I went in the service was pretty good. I've been in before and completely ignored and had other poor experiences here as well. Im hoping since they got some new people their service will maintain what it is now. Decent alternative to Green Papaya, as they are more affordable and still have quality sushi.

The food was good but service is a little off .. maybe it was just that night . The ambience is ok.. just ok

First off food is usually good service is the only bad thing slow, they forget to put in orders. If service was decent I would give them 5 stars. But I can only deal with poor for so long . I think this is my last visit 5 chances in the last couple months is enough. We really tried but I guess we need another sushi place . At this time I don 't recommend be sue of the poor service.

The atmosphere is wonderful, with a pleasant aroma and a tidy environment. However, I was taken aback to discover that they don't serve miso soup—what kind of Japanese restaurant doesn't offer that? Once inside, the experience felt authentically Japanese. The prices are quite reasonable, and our server, Jasmine, was extremely friendly. It got busy as we were finishing our meal, which is always a good sign. The food was excellent, and overall, I would rate it a 5-star experience! I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
