Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

We order online at this particular Dominos and they deliver promptly even on a busy Friday night. It's by far the better pizza of the three major chains I am an ex New Yorker, so nothing will ever be as good) , and they are not skimpy with the toppings. Short of moving back to the City, best place around.

Hello my family orders from here frequently and I have just got to give Kim Green all the stars for her exemplary service every time I call or come in the location. She is wonderful and so helpful every time. Makes it easy to keep coming back knowing sheis there to handle everything smoothly no matter how busy! Thank you so much!

This store has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I tried to make a delivery order from my phone. When trying to make an order I tried to order sodas and the app would not let me. I then called the store to ask why. The person i was talking to was hard tounderstand. she then said she couldn't hear me and HUNG UP ON ME! I THEN tried to call back 7 times, yes you read thatcorrectly, 7 TIMES and no one would answer the phone. Now remember it was 8:50pm on a Thursday night. So I did go back to theapp on my phone and placed the order I had started with in the beginning, we just didn't get any soda. The delivery guy triedto say something like he thought there might be something wrong with their phones. Well everybody has a cell phone and thatmanager that picked up the FIRST time I called and then hung up on me, knew my number because she read it back to me. She couldhave done the right thing and called me from her cell. Just so you know I did give the driver $3.75 which was 15 . And myhouse is litterly across the street and behind 1 block. I just couldn't drive because I am in a boot cast and I cannot drive.

I absolutely love the garlic parmesan bread bites, but tonight we had to scrape the bottom of the container just to find any flavor! We tried calling the restaurant three times, but no one answered. Each call lasted around six minutes and then four minutes before it disconnected the same way every time. It feels like they just don’t want to pick up the phone.

My last two orders have been completely incorrect. I ordered a Meat Lovers pizza and a Veggie Lovers pizza, along with Parmesan cheese and garlic wings. However, I didn't receive the garlic Parmesan wings, and both the Meat Lovers and Veggie Lovers pizzas were messed up too.
