Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jacksonville

I don't know why they still have 4.0 overall rating. I'd just give two stars. (a) no fresh food. guacamole was literally gray or dark, as it was not fresh. leaves were dry and not fresh. b) drinks were out of operation c) the facility was unclean d) also the customer service was pathetic. never again to this chipotle!

I think the service is great, eating is good. I feel bad for all the workers who are being bitten by the customers because they just work there.

TRASH!!!! i went 9/10/22 around 8 pm , the lady with the two buns African american was ridiculously RUDE!!! when i first walked up she was on her phone on facetime ???? she seen me look at her phone and pushed it away !!! that is so nasty she was holding her phone will wearing the food prep gloves !! phones have so many germs !! she was being so rude to her employees working with her i even pointed out to the guy at the register that she was treating him horrible but he said it's okay , he was so nice about it ! that lady needs to be fired she's a short lady not the talk lady working with her ! i didn't want to even eat my food when she used that same glove that she touched the phone with to grab my cheese and lettuce that's just nasty !!! she need to be fired !!!

They completely messed up my order, the order was a to go order placed on the app. They labeled my bowl chicken when there was pork inside of it . I do not eat pork.

Nice service here, no complaints really. Only thing I may be able to say is that the portion sizes are a little on the small side. But otherwise. Nice experience. The bathrooms have a code lock as well.
