It was a simple thing, I had 5 meals and asked for tater sauce, they gave none, then tell me it 's in my bag. Nope. Find out il also missing my fish. Go inside they throw 4 tiny packets of tartar and say there I gave it to you , excuse me? 5 meals? I asked for extra and got ignored. Finally they aggressively give 4 small more packs. The food isn 't good without the tartar sauce. I paid $64 for this visit to be treated in this fashion. Extremely ridiculous, I would have paid for extra tartar if I had too. But, wow. Just wow.
Worst customer service ever. They don't start Uber orders until there is no orders. Took 10 minutes ti get there and was told they were working on it then. After 15 minutes waiting I asked if they order would be ready soon. She rudely explained uber orders are last on the screen, the do them when there aren't any other orders. I cancelled the customers order, drivers can't wait until cooks feel like making it. She also was busy with her child in the dining room instead of taking care of orders. She needs daycare.Twice this has happened with this captain ds and twice in have had to cancel. So rude.
Food was good. Not a long wait for it to come out.. Service was nice. Really clean! That's always a plus!
The first girl who commanded it was not so great. the girl that served me was incredible! everything for the lobby and the dining room to do while the drive threw absolutely stellar csr! I changed my business. will be back.
The last time I was there it was great, which is normal. This time: the batter is not the golden brown extra crispy it used to be; the fish was mush, not flakey like before. The new batter recipe is not as good. Quality of fish not good. So disappointed!!
