Arby's - Jacksonville

Pretty normal Arby's. I only went through the drive thru, but the food was fine other than the unsweetened ice tea, whiched seemed like it was a few days old and very strong. I really like the slider buns, they are super soft.

This location is in a Pilot truck stop. The employees are friendly, professional, welcoming and accomodating. I've visited several times and not had a bad experience. The food was fresh, and served well. The location is clean.

Extremely unprofessional and RUDE employees, especially those who were the service manager. low intelligence in management with bad settings, sounds right for a fast food career.

Arby's Pilot Travel Center best chicken (chicken ranch I believe) sandwich I've had in a long time, I mean it's Arby's so their standards are a little higher overall in my opinion. Another HUGE plus is that most of the times it's the ONLY place in Jax you can find a milkshake after 8 9pm not an exaggeration!! It's by far not the best Arby's in Jacksonville however if you have a late night craving for a good quality meal and yummy shake this is where you want to go.

Very poor service to pushy trying to order for me. Order was not complete had to go back in store in pouring rain. To get rest of order. BBQ brisket was very dry on edges, could eat. We ordered let,tom,onion added didn't get it. Will not be back here.
