Arby's - Jacksonville

My husband and I grabbed takeout during a busy lunch hour. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and our food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh! It's so nice to discover a fast food restaurant like this nowadays! We certainly rang the bell on our way out!

Unfortunately I can not give five stars because the restroom was out of paper towels so my hands were wet for awhile. Other than that, it was a good experience. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly and they got my whole order correct. The service was also moving very fast inside so I did not have to wait long for my order to be ready. Hopefully I can give five stars next time.

Food was good but took 15 minutes to get it after I ordered. Was only customer inside. Trash flowing out of containers. Bathroon in serious need of cleaning. Manager social talking to friend in dining area for 35 minutes and she talked so loud. Seems she should use her time to help her staff clean. Cashier was great.

Rude, went to the lobby and they just walked around me as if I wasn't there. I counted 8 employees. the manager looks at the lobby to see if it was clean so a young lady could go. when I first went to the guy who was driving, the only one who said hello. No one told me we were right with you or something. Nobody even made eye contact. I was 5 minutes in the lobby.

This arby was fast! After I paid for my order, they gave me that. I didn't have to wait for what is wonderful when you look at most of the time for fast eating, you have to wait long to get their order. they weren't really busy either, so it was my first time at this place, and I have to say that they're pretty good?
