Arby's - Jacksonville

This is a great location. Quick service and easy to get in/out. Plus, Arby’s has the best gyros in town, which is saying a lot!

I had to try her prime rib cheese steak sandwich meal. the sandwich was delicious with a good amount of cheese. the hoggie subrolle was soft as I like it. the crackers were delicious, but the blue ocean drink was not so great.

Late night at Arby's? At Baymeadows and Western way? Ummm, no thanks! It seems the food is cooked to order, so there is ALWAYS a lonnnnng wait. But why does my food taste old and dry? My 6 year old didn't even finish his meal and he is a chicken and fry fanatic.This was a horrible late night run. 95% waste of money because the milkshakes were good. All of us finished our shakes. I enjoyed my jalopena bites.This sucks because I LOVE Arby's and this is the only location close by.Tighten up Arby's cooks. Everyone expects fresh food after waiting in line 20 30 minutes.... sometimes nearly an hour. I dont mind the wait, if my food is good. After waiting that long, I expect piping hot, fresh food in my bag.Staff and cooks, if you are overwhelmed, please find a different place of employment that is better suited for you.Sincerely super frustrated. We would really like our money and time back.

This is the best Arby's in town. Cheerful staff. Store is clean. They always get my order correct.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and ramp are convenient to entrance.

Arbys is so underrated! Huge menu with a ton of options, always fresh, not long lines, and at this location on Baymeadows great service! I'm yet to have a bad meal from this location or bad service. Y'all are changing the game for fast food and I'm a fan! Clarence at the window was amazing. I ordered an extra white cheddar mac (amazing) to have for tomorrows lunch and he left it uncooked and told me it's better if I cook it myself instead of reheating it. That's extra service and I'm very appreciative!
