Trent Windham is one of the top servers at Outback. He ensured that our food was delivered promptly, kept our drinks refilled, and provided us with an exceptional dining experience. This was my first time at Outback, and Trent was very respectful, patient, and accurate with our order. He is an excellent server and I would love to see more people like him in the restaurant. His exceptional service would definitely make me come back more often.
My wife, son, his girlfriend, and I went to this restaurant for dinner earlier tonight. We had a great experience. Jake went above and beyond to take care of us. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and so were our side dishes. Jake made sure our drinks were always topped up. The manager, Judith, was very involved in assisting the servers and checked on us multiple times. We will definitely return to this restaurant!
Let me tell you about our server, Tahlia! I came in over Memorial day weekend with several family members that are of prior service. One of these veterans is a gentleman that is legally blind. This means that serving him or handing things to him is just a little different. Tahlia was not phased in the least. She readily engaged with him in witty banter! Even when she was taking care of several larger tables at once, Tahlia was gracious and kind. If she was frazzled, she did not let it show! I'd like to thank the entire staff as well for helping facilitate a great evening with our veterans!
I walked in with my wife and her support dog. They sat us down at a table. They gave us both drinks and bread as well as taking our lunch orders. After almost an hour sitting and waiting for the meal, the manager comes out and says that we can't be in the restaurant with a support animal. I've been to several outback restaurants with my wife and support dog in a small stroller just like we did this time. Our Chihuahua is extremely quiet and very calm but the manager kicked us out anyway claiming that it's against the rules to have a support dog inside the restaurant. I feel like if that's true, they should have stopped us at the door and all other outback restaurants should stop us as well, but they don't.
