The food and drinks here are amazing, and i literally cannot think of am employee that isnt good here. especially Adam, Jacky, Corbin, christopher, michelle and more. thank you guys for being so amazing. -Bryce and Skyler (AKA the couple that always comes in)
Worst Timhortons got my order 3 times wrong and we ordered 3 doubledoubles they got 2 worts Tim Hortons ever never come there were bugs and fly’s everywhere it’s like a public toilet never come
I have never seen a store where employees seem so lost with what they are doing.these employees are thrown to the field with no real training. Even without a lineup of customers, they seem to be drowning with small details even when there is no lineup. Made so many mistakes in just one order, a mess of a store.The one thing that I found very insulting, was that when I came back for something they forgot in my order, I asked the lady in the drive through to train their employees better because of these issues. she basically gave me her back, left me there talking alone and in a sarcastic tone told me to have a nice day.Horrible customer service, terrible service overall. There is no real management here.
It is a blessing in this desert! Every where is closed around at weekend. lovely!
