Wendy's - Jackson

Employees are not friendly and they got our order wrong.

Everything seemed to be in order. The front counter and customer beverage area were clean. Women's bathroom was in order, reported via the wifey. Overall was a good visit with expected food quality, ruining the quality we expect or hope to received at a fast food restaurant. So in that aspect it was good. No problems here, four stars for you Miss Wendy.

Good food. They did not screw our order as some competitors.

Stopped by this Wendy's in the way home. I should've turned around. Absolutely everything was ice cold and I was given the wrong drink. Definitely can't recommend this location.

I'm from out of town in a big work van with ladders on top so I couldn't make it in the drive thru. The manager seen me outside about to leave and came up to offer to go get my food. Awesome person! Thanks again!!
