The food is good, but they literally can't seem to ever get my order right. There is always a return trip or wait to correct it..

Food was okay, service wasn’t the best and they did forget things in my order.

The Jackson Taco Bell is probably the worst fast-food restaurant in Jackson. Over multiple trips we've haven't had one smooth purchase. Orders are wrong food is cold. Cheese wasn't even melted on our quesadilla.

The food is fine,if you get what you actually order. The last 4 times I've gone they forget something,or make something wrong. This morning they really blew it out of the park by forgetting something AND giving me the wrong thing on my order. I overheard the manager being rude the the staff a few times and just that makes me not want to come back.
