Saltine - Jackson

Our waitress was great. We had a small group and she took great care of us with many suggestions. The Cajun Pasta, catfish, shrimp poboy and flounder were all delicious. We tried all of the desserts. Hard to say which was the best. My favorite was the caramel and banana! My goodness!

Saltine is always consistently good, no matter what I order!! In addition to the previous review asking for an endless Mimosa bar, an endless **** Mary bar would be FANTASTIC also!!! Now, back to the food Try anything and everything as everything I have tried has been AMAZING, including the WONDERFUL hush puppies!! The bar area is also exceptional with many craft beers and a great selection of liquors. Cameron (bartender) is the best!! Saltine is a FABULOUS spot to do anything revolving around a great meal, beer or drink!! GREAT job, Saltines!!

Lobster shrimp spring rolls.... so good. A sauted shrimp Po'boy was a creative change from being battered and deep fried. Very tasty! And the gumbo had a dark brown roux that showed they cared about their food prep.

What an amazing experience we had at Saltine! The service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in the door! The food was fantastic! Oysters, gumbo, spring rolls! And the cheesecake is out of this world!

We had our Turkey and Dressing yesterday as we took Chili for lunch today, Thanksgiving, as we are going to Egg Bowl at 5 to watch Ole Ms vs MS State. Food was excellent and manager TJ and our server, Krista, we’re excellent and made our dining a wonderful experience! The Brussels Spouts and Banaoffee were devine! Been on your email lists for years and will definitely be back when travels bring me this way from Texas!
