Hidden Gem, in the hills. Stop after my Neices basketball game. With a warm smile. Smile round!!!! Order (2) French Dip(s). (1) w/ fries (1)w/ onion rings. It took less than 10 minutes to arrive for food....fresh and hot!!!!! Couldn't go to the end, take half of my sandwich home.......Nextly we'll stop for breakfast. GREAT customer service. Thank you!!!!

I've been here for years and it's great. I know exactly what to expect when I go to breakfast and the same goes for lunch and dinner. If I just keep it, I'm fine. Example. I tried the main rib because who doesn't love the main rib? It was just okay and I wouldn't order it again. But recently I went to breakfast with my girl a few times and I'm going to omelet with bacon, mushrooms, cheddar and grilled onions. It's fantastic! A huge part of food for a reasonable price and I am full all day! Burgers and sandwich options are also solid. You could use some help with the fries that seem to never be really desired. Overall, this is a good place for some decent scarf.

I did not go to this restaurant long ago and was a new half-dweller I find myself there regularly. The facility can be seen from the street has a large parking lot, near 60 cars, oversized and Tesla chargers available. There are both indoor and outdoor seats, and there is even a larger capacity banquet room on the ground floor accessible via elevator or stairs. Inside there are two rooms, one can choose from when eating, the main dining area or the bar that have both tables. The main area has a sit-down button that fits about 10 people and the main room has about 15 20 tables / boats to sit. I usually sit on the counter as I like reading and talking to the staff. Each of the servers, dishwashers, bus subscribers, chefs will talk to you and EVERYONE is super beautiful. Bart and his wife Moua are super cool, couldn't ask for nicer people. The food: Mel's has specialties for dinner almost every evening. Taco Tuesdays, Thursdays Chicken Parmesan, Friday Prime Rib or Steak, and the chicken parm with a drink ran me about $16 very affordable. And it was great, it hit everything I like in Chicken Parm. For example, this dinner comes with salad, desert, dinner and bread. They have a variety of deserts such as cakes, Sundays, shakes etc. And the menu is about 4 pages long. They make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Credit cards are accepted.

The first time at Mel's. Excellent old-fashioned milkshakes, traditional American cuisine. Almost Irish atmosphere. The historical signs were one of my favorite elements. I recommend trying and going back for more. The servers have really made the experience. Our server was very adept and the host set us down and brought very fast drinks.

This place was absolutely amazing. The lady who attended to I and my colleagues was so nice and friendly. We went there the day we were going back home from Lake Tahoe. If you traveling home on your way from Lake Tahoe and need a place to get food. This is the place for you. It looked so homely and seemed like a place that has been in existence for a long time. I loved how they all the pictures hanging up the restaurant. I had the fries and milkshake because I wasn?t so hungry and it was so nice . The others had different varieties and all enjoyed it.
