Lone Wolf And Lounge - Jackson

We found out tonight that one of our favorite servers, Billy, passed away. He was truly a shining star for Lone Wolf. Always smiling, hard working and very personable. I start with this because the staff at Lone Wolf is top notch. From Kurt, the manager, to James who has been one of our servers, to Jennifer, who was our server last night and there are so many others who make the dining experience so great. The staff is a big part of why we come to back. To all of you, condolences again on your sweet, wonderful friend and colleague. As for the food tonight, it was delicious! We had two wedge salads with the most creamy dressing, blue cheese for one and ranch for the other. We had the pepperoni and sausage wood-fired pizza. It was so good and perfect looking. There was a guy sitting at another table eating his salad and when the pizza was brought out, you could tell by his look that he wished he was getting it. We also had a bottle of Rancheria Red which was very good. Lone Wolf is my favorite restaurant for all the reasons mentioned above.

Bar service and our server were both very good. The salmon was perfectly cooked, but the filet mignon I ordered medium and had very little, if any pink so it was a little over cooked. It was still very tender, and super tasty. We shared the bacon wrapped shrimp and they were fabulous! The sides, grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes were cooked to perfection. If you got on locals night, remember to ask for this locals discount. We forgot until after we left.

Excellent date night. My husband and I each got a delicious Wedge Salad, we shared a pizza and a bottle of Rancheria Red to top of the meal. The salads have lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion and the most delectable bacon. My husband says the homemade Blue Cheese dressing with Blue Cheese crumbles is delicious. I always get mine with homemade Ranch dressing that is so good. The wood fired pizza is the perfect size for the both of us and is sooooo delicious. It has the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Carson was our server and is such a sweetheart. Very attentive, hard working and great personality. While he makes us feel special, I watched him treat all the guests the same way.

Party of 8 and added 1 more upon arrival, and there was no problem doing so. Staff were attentive and provided just enough service and attention to our needs. Food was excellent, no complaints from our party. The beverages were on point. Overall, I will definitely dine again.

Very dissatisfied. This was a go to restaurant that has changed. Service was excellent, but food was sub-par and they now charge extra for bread. Burnt and dry ribs and greens too salty to eat. Sad, it was our anniversary.
