Drago's Seafood Jackson

Quite pricey but well worth it. Love their food, atmosphere our waiter, Darius, was a sweetheart !! It would have been nicer if the live musician would have played a bit more.

I am absolutely loveee drago’s. I grew up in the new Orleans area and we also have one in metairie, louisiana, so I already knew how wonderful drago’s is! we live in vicksburg now, and it was our 13-year anniversary and I told my husband that I was in any case in drago’s in this night, 7/6/22 for our jubilee, and we did in any case. First we had the best server ever, and his name is everett! he was absolutely sweet, divine, so very sweet, he knew exactly what he did, and he missed no beat. everett, you get! my man and I started both with a tablet of charbroiled oysters, which were boiled to perfection. for dinner I had the lobster marco, who was a maine lobster with angelhair pasta over him, with shrimp, mushrooms, delicate cream sauce, which is absolutely sinful! my husband had the fried oyster plate with French fries. he said they were the best fried oysters he'd ever eat! I also had a few of them and they were excellent! After we finished our dinner, everett surprised us with the beautiful dessert we could share. Thank you, it wasn't bigger because we were already filled. it was a cheesecake on the top of oreo cookie curmbs with an incredible sweet sauce drop over the tip. all about our evening at dragos was perfection! many thanks everett, and thank you for drago’s, we will be back!

We stayed here on the way through florida. it was a Friday at 18 o'clock, and we had no waiting time. we sat right away. our waiter was super attentive. drinks were always full! charbroiled oysters are phenomenal. they still come to the table that sleeps! I could have just eaten out. bourdain filled garnel was also excellent! we wanted to come by the way back, but we decided to go straight through the house. I will say, though, when you drive through jackson, that is worth stopping!

Amazing eating and service! the carburized oysters are a must!

Pleasantly surprised, Drago's has great food and service! Charbroiled oysters on par with Acme Oyster House and the crawfish meatballs were large and a refreshing take on the concept. The seafood pasta was truly excellent, the Alfredo sauce was top notch. My wife had the fried seafood platter and was very pleased with all of it, but especially the catfish! The portions are large, and the service is good. Highly recommend Drago's.
