Domino's Pizza - Jackson

I ordered twice and was refunded for one order, but the second order will be refunded tomorrow. I am currently in the hospital on ice, and I believe the restaurant should be ashamed of their actions. I will be contacting higher authorities about this whole situation and will never order from this place again. The manager was very rude and maybe if they treated people better, they would have more customers.

I have been ordering from Domino's for years! Sometimes it can be slow, but the food is always hot and accurate. I had an issue with my order and didn't give it to the delivery drivers. They now have new vans that are really nice. I know that being short-staffed can cause delays in orders. Thank you for the great pizza! Keep up the good work!

Terrible service! Don't bother with the pizza because it was dropped on the floor. Very disappointing. It was a pickup order, yet I had to go back to retrieve what they forgot. I had to wait a long time for a replacement and had no other options to choose from. I regret spending $60 on my order. I will not be returning.

My delivery driver was incredibly rude. I had $6. when I was a shipper who made me very happy.

Ordered my food 2 hours or so before they closed. Ordered just a free pizza with my rewards and 16 piece bread bites. Got no email, no call, nothing and for some reason they cancelled my order... Didn't put a tip on the card I payed with, but had a fat wad of cash for the driver, but they missed out on that. Either way, I'm upset with the Francis st store in Jackson it's always cold, and most of the time they forget stuff. I just enjoy the ingredients so much I order. This one was unacceptable. Do better.
