Brickery To Go - Jackson

We had a party of 4 (and a baby). A medium Supreme Pizza and a grill chicken pizza. All four had salads. We enjoyed the food immensely and the ambience was cool. Friendly servers. We visit the area (camping nearby) and if we ever camp here again, we come back.

I checked this place today and I'm glad we did it. The food is delicious! (Pizza, Pasta, Garlic Knots, Pommes) The waitress was nice and often checked. We also have a pitcher beer and a large batch of pineapple rum. Outside seat is beautiful! (Pineapple Rum Punsch pictured)

I mistakenly said you need a face mask, but that's not correct. The food was very good. We had wings and bites with pizza. The bites arrived a little late, but we're okay. The pizza was about the best I had here. The wings finally appeared after dinner. The service was not great, in fact it seemed to be too busy to check our food or keep on our drinks. So in a nutshell, good food, need new servers.

Brickery has become one of our favorite places in Jackson. It's hard to make really good pizza, but these people found out. You have a wide selection of delicious combinations or you can make yourself. The crust is probably one of my favorites, as it is slightly cracky, but not diligent and not super flat as a saltin cracker. Service is always good and the interior in a historic building is quite beautiful. Great job, we're coming back.

Overall good pizza, good menu choices. Garlic knots were great.The restaurant was nicely decorated/ good atmosphere. Ladies room needs some work big time. Some staff members excluding our server could use work on team work. I would go again. Food was good.
