Baskin-robbins - Jackson

If you are a fan of waffle cones, make sure to stop by this place - or even if you are not, stop by and get a cone anyway. I usually don't care much for ice cream cones, but I make an exception when I am in Jackson. It is so delicious. There is something special about this store. Every time we visit, the ice cream is consistently good. It is always super cold yet soft enough to be scooped with a spoon. And let's talk about the cones...I could go on about them for ages. I highly recommend this place. Also, if you are looking for certified Kosher options, there is a sign in the window of one of the freezers confirming that all ice creams are Kosher, except for the ones with mini marshmallows (such as rocky road).

The restaurant is clean and the staff is excellent - very helpful, nice, and made me feel comfortable.

I went to redeem my birthday freebie but was told they were not offering that due to COVID. It didn't really make much sense to me. Additionally, the ice cream selection seemed nearly depleted and the remaining options appeared old.

I had a wonderful time at this Baskin Robbins! I arrived just thirty minutes before closing and was welcomed with open arms. The girl with pink hair was incredibly charming and lovely. I aspire to be as beautiful and kind as she is when I grow up.

I wanted to order an orange sherbet but they didn't have it, so I asked about the rainbow sorbet instead. I found it to taste like Warheads candy, which was not to my liking. When I asked to try something else, they insisted I had to pay for another dessert. I took a bite of it but still wanted to try something different. They refused to accommodate my request without payment. Another restaurant would have handled the situation better. The staff member I spoke with seemed indifferent to my concerns. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
