Mcdonald's - Jackson County

I order the medium cup of iced vanilla you pay for a medium and it’s served in a small cup When I asked if it was a medium I was told .. “yes, we downsize the cup for flavored coffees”Funnny thing is that yesterday I ordered and got a medium iced coffee in a medium cup .. hummmYou can sit in one of the drive thru and wait while they take orders from 2 3 customers in the other lane, then French fries are cold.. when I’ve said something.. I get “the look”Too much happening in that drive threw besides paying attention and waiting on customers ..Vegetarian options: Need to have vegetarian options. I have to order sandwiches, pay full price and throw the meat away example egg McMuffin I throw the Canadian bacon away

Awful food, ordered some nuggs and a McChicken and they was both cold. The nuggets way too overcooked and the mchicken had too much mayo but little lettuce.

2cd time in 2 weeks I stopped here for lunch, I'm almost positive this is the worst mcdonalds ever. Don't go here just keep going.

Almost everytime I stop in its usually after 6pm and the female managers are ALWAYS sooo rude and hateful. I am also a door dasher and almost every single time I have to pick up an order in the evening/nights shifts there is ALWAYS some sort of issue and the manager just refuses to do anything about it and today she was extremely rude and acted as if I was stupid and didn't have the customers order pulled up on my phone right in front of her. This places has done nothing but go downhill after covid...Definitely would give 0 stars if it was allowed.

Chicken nuggets are as thin as french fries and NOT worth the price!!! Deal prices be damned!!
