Bright Star Bakery - Jackson County

I?m obsessed!! I have absolutely NO dietary restrictions (gluten free/ dairy free etc), and I?d still rather eat their stuff than anything else. I search for these baked goods every time I go to a market or craft fair in southern OR. Their savorystuff scones etc, are absolutely amazing, and necessary when buying a hundred cookies which I always do. The sandwich cookiesare best but everything is killer ????????????????

Simply the best gluten free bakery I?ve tried. Better than bakeries with gluten. The flavors are just amazing and there is clearly a lot of intention in the baking ingredient choice. Highly recommend ordering something or finding them at the farmersmarket.

I get this company?s cookies from Food 4 Less often (near the gluten-free bread wall) and they are always so delicious! My favorite is the Triple Ginger Molasses cookies, they are like heaven. Also the Chocolate Chunk cookies are so good too, they?retopped with sea salt which definitely makes it chef?s kiss worthy! Both cookie dough?s are also available at Market of Choice aswell near the ice cream.

I honestly can?t give these treats enough of a rave review! After trying them for myself, I made sure to introduce my mother and sister! So delicious. Not to mention Laura?s sweet personality makes an even better sale! I?ll be sure to look for Bright StarBakery at every market/event!!

The cheddar scone I had this morning hit the spot! Delicious, light, yet filling and my body felt fresh and ready for the day. I also love the cookies and really appreciate cane sugar free options! And the owner Laura's presence very lovely.
