Avenida Grill - Jabaquara

Unfortunately I couldn't rate my food because my food never arrived. My girlfriend, my daughter and I had the terrible experience of seeing several tables around us being well attended to, with friendliness and agility while we were forgotten. I'm not sure if it was due to racism, homophobia or they simply thought we didn't look like we would spend. We went in because we thought the atmosphere was cute. But we ordered a very expensive pizza that was never ready, we saw people around receiving it, the attendant said it was almost ready and when my girlfriend went to press it we realized that it hadn't even been assembled yet. We were with a small child, returning from a walk, you know... they didn't even apologize. To top it all off, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper and the flush didn't work. We paid for the beer we had while waiting, the soft drink that the waitress gave us and we didn't even mention it to her so as not to disturb her, but we didn't pay for the service due to the worst service we've received in days, out of several times we've been to Paraty.

The value of the dishes is absurd for what they serve. The amount of meat is ridiculously small, I ordered a common dish, rice, beans, fries and chicken fingers. When the dish arrived, I was shocked by the amount of meat, it was so small, there wasn't even 20 grams of chicken fillet. I ended up eating rice, beans and potatoes. Then I went to the bathroom, there was someone in the women's bathroom, when they left the bathroom they didn't wash their hands, I know because the sink was outside. Guess where the person went after the bathroom? In the kitchen. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service cold and expensive food for what they deliver. We waited 1 hour and a half for pasta... the risotto didn't use arborio rice, for the price at least it had to follow the correct recipe... the place is beautiful, but what's the point if it's not managed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The experience was terrible... Empty restaurant and we still waited more than an hour to receive the cold food. Dirty bathroom and bad service!
