Emmebuckel - Itterswiller

This place offers very beautiful decor, a spectacular view of vineyards, a great service and food that is very high and very good at affordable prices. Definitely a hidden jewel!

We had a very nice dinner here on a hot summer evening. We sat outside on the terrace with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Schön Alsace food and its own wine (Faller) is also recommended. The children also liked to bake their burgers... Chicken pieces and homemade pommes!

This is my second visit to this restaurant, every time very tasty local food. The atmosphere very good for romantic dinner, presentation of the food very good with smiling staff. Difficult to do choices from the superb menu, I suggest to visit the web site...before dinner to do your choice. Dont forget to taste a dessert, my suggestion is meringue

We had a delisious lunch sitting outside enjoying the fabulous view. I had a superbly prepared fois gras de canard with risotto and a very tasty sauce. The wine list was on the week side with only very young Alsacian wines. I expect something more...extensive eating at a restaurant in the heart of Alsace. Even though we couldn 't find any food for children on the menu they offered several options at a very descent price. The service level was below average but was compensated by the atmosphere. Next time we will sit inside which is really cozy. As you can see we will go back!

We had come to spend a stay in 2014 in this hotel (hotel restaurant) and we had kept a very good memory of it. We wanted to come back at our step back and forth to the Allemagne and we made a special detour twice to find the cuisine of this restaurant. Since nothing has changed, it's always as good. Alsatian snails with an old family recipe are divine, the sauerkraut is excellent, the delicious desserts (profiteroles, burned cream,...), the mouth-catching to the super melon and the faller wine accompanies all these succulent dishes exceptionally. the view of the terrace on the Alsatian countryside is to fall. The service is fast and the boss is always as nice. short a restaurant not to be missed with excellent traditional and family cuisine. When we're in this restaurant we know we're in alsace and we like to eat in this area.
