Maxie's Supper Club Oyster - Ithaca

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a whim looking for something good to eat. We were immediately seated by the host who was super welcoming, and greeted by the rest of the staff. The food was amazing, we started with broiled oysters and crab corn chowder (Both a must-have). The meals were also amazing and the gravy was out of this world. Our sweet waitress was very attentive and the service was impressive. We’ll be back for sure.

Great service and atmosphere. VERY mediocre food- bland overcooked fish; dull sauces. Very disappointing..

I had a great meal. However, I went with a vegetarian and the vegan jambalaya, while a generous portion, was pretty bland and boring. Vegetarian options: Vegan jambalaya was pretty bland unfortunately, but the portion size is huge.

Izzy is the best server there she is extremely knowledgeable and is very attentive we ordered the Shellfish Platter which is great! And the Shrimp and Grits with Sausage that was amazing.

Really good oysters and salmon cooked just right. Benie was attentive. Thank you
