Seared - Westin Hotel Chicago Northwest

Our waiter, tom, was great; but the waiting staff appeared underoccupied and the service was slow. Moreover, the only vegetarian dish was offered bland and unimaginatiw and the steak I had was overcooked. overall it was a disappointing dinner and we will not return.

Quality of food and quality of service was excellent!

It was a very nice experience, the service was very good and the eating was good.

Food and service were spectacular. the couch as chairs made me uncomfortable to come and out and the closeness of the tables makes the idea of radiance somewhat less than desired. it is very pretty, easy to compact in my opinion. best martini, although I would like to see a small larger cocktail menu for the choices.

We had reservations for New Year’s Eve at 8:30 pm and even though we were a bit early, we were seated immediately. We decided to try Seared because the special menu looked interesting and was very fairly priced. All of our selections were delicious and beautifully presented. Our waitress was personable and attentive to our needs and requests. We like the smaller, more intimate room and found the seats very comfortable. The entire evening was excellent and we plan to return.
