Texas Best Smokehouse - Italy

The ribs are so full of flesh that when I tried to pick up one, it began to fall from the bone. Not only tender, but also hard with meat. I'm not really a Rib person, just wanted to try her, but I would put her at 8/10. I have the mild BBQ sauce because I'm not a fan of spicy BBQ sauce. It's pretty good. Not the best. Probably a 7/10. I also have half a pound of pulled pig and crushed brisket. The bride was terrible. 1/10, in my opinion. Maybe I have a bad batch. Tastes like firewood. The honed pig was pretty good. 7/10. If I want ribs, I'll come back here. I would have got banana pudding, but like most places in this world, her banana pudding is 60% whipped cream. I hate whipped cream. Why does every place put so much? I want banana pudding. Not whipped cream with a hint of banana cream. Why every place puts so much whip cream in banana pudding. Madness. Madness. /rant

The young man who took orders was really nice, he also had nice suggestions, my potato could have been cooked a little longer, but the brisket was great!

The gas station is of the highest quality here. You have a lot of art and decorative items. The food here smells delicious and I hope I will try it sometime. The staff is friendly and items have always been in stock.

The guys who work there tonight (6/30/21) were really cool and friendly. The bride and the chicken were delicious. I have beans, Mac and cheese, and potato salad and they were delicious. No lie, the food was really good. For dessert I got banana pudding and I wasn't disappointed. The free 32oz drink was the cherry on top.

Best barbecue in Texas...I love it...5 stars to Robert, service with a smile.
