This is the 3rd time I've been going. The first and second were standard, in the third the Banana Nevada pastry dropped the standard. I believe it is due to the demand from customers that perhaps are not yet structured to meet. It was a table with a family of 6 people 2 children. Only 2 pastries arrived, with the others missing, and we ordered them all together. It was supposed to come all at once! It took about 5 minutes for the others to arrive, then the children who were restless about eating. Furthermore, the attendants are very poorly prepared and need training to know how to assist. Apparently they are new there and have no experience. I still emphasize that a place without background music is very bad. There is silence and a low mood! When we entered it was silent and we could only hear the conversation in the room. A place with music completely changes the environment, just carry out specialized research on soundscape and ambient music in open business spaces. As the last impression is what remains, I don't know if we will return.
