Wow! You have to try their Turkish breakfast. Also great selection of teas and coffees.

The best coffee in Galata everrrrrr, never regret it, must try the San Sebastián cake.

Nice iced cappuccino, beautiful setting, but staff is not so friendly.

After a week in the Galata area I tried coffee from a number of different locations and this was my favorite. Tried oat milk with one coffee and it was not as good as the whole milk. The cafe atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Like many locations around the staff seems generally unenthusiastic to be serving but that’s okay because the product is top notch.

As e regular visitor of Istanbul and a picky coffee lover, I’ve checked the highest ranking coffee shops throughout the city and have found that often, opinions given are confusing because people mix the quality of internet, food and cakes in the review for the coffee. I will focus only on the coffee quality which in my opinion, is the best at Federal in Galata, especially if prepared by Samet or Kübra-something like a ‘veteran’ barista because she’s been doing this for many years.
