I think it will be a good option for tourists who want a cozy place and a quick bite (they sometimes know that the experience counts more than the food). I also found a bit expensive, like someone who lives in istanbul, but back when I was a tourist I would not have thought twice about the prices.
We only had cake and tea but the cake was delicious and the owner was generous. Great outdoor spot and lots of menu choices.
The sweet vegan option was only pumpkin with tahin. For a vegetarian Café to less for me. #Veganuary
The staff are really nice; the place seems to be family run. Unfortunately, we were also served vegetarian dishes instead of vegan only, and the food was okay but nothing special really. I can recommend the bulgur salad, though. Updated from previous review on 2021-10-18
Beautiful place with decent food, but they served us something with cheese which made me sick. I asked about it and they said they confused vegan for vegetarian. They were apologetic about it and exchanged it for something else, but I had already consumed something non vegan and the menu doesn’t indicated it has dairy. The rice was undercooked in the stuffed peppers and the soup was quite spicy for us, even though we asked before ordering and the staff assured us it wouldn’t be. Nice staff overall and beautiful plates, but this was a big mistake.
