The fried sardines and house salad are a perfect meal, but the service and atmosphere really make this place. The brothers who own Minik Balik went out of their way to make my stay a good one. The food, service and atmosphere are all excellent! The business is incredibly friendly. The scenery is already great. If the street traffic was closed, the setting would be much more spectacular.
