Xochi - Issaquah

I have been a regular at Xochi for a while now and I can confidently say that they serve the best tacos I have ever had. I highly recommend everything on the menu, but my favorite is the encebollados. Even if you are a vegetarian, do not worry, as they offer great vegetarian options as well (don't miss out on trying the rajas before they sell out). The owners, Sandra and their amazing daughter Valeria, are extremely friendly and welcoming. Despite not usually writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so for their delicious tacos. Give Xochi a try, I guarantee you will want to return!

This place is worth the wait - it is amazing. They offer a great variety of veggie and meat choices like chicken, beef, and pork. The authentic tacos are delicious, especially when paired with their spicy hot sauce. As a family-owned restaurant, I will continue to visit for lunch every day for the next 100 years, even if they start bottling their food. The quality of their cooking is outstanding.

This taco truck is fantastic! I was craving tacos and decided to stop by while in the area. I ordered three tacos and they were all delicious. The Chicharron taco was my favorite - it was tender with great spices, not crispy. It may be a bit difficult to find since it's located inside a parking lot with minimal signage, but it's definitely worth the search.

This restaurant serves some of the best tacos I've ever had. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients are excellent. My wife and I ordered 5 tacos and were unsure about trying the pork rinds, but we received a free sample and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning for more! They also have good vegetarian options available.

The wait time for our order at this restaurant was 1 hour and 4 minutes for just 3 tacos! The food is tasty, with options for extra spicy, spicy, and mild tacos. Previously, they offered two sizes of tacos - larger ones available for singles and smaller ones in a combo of 5. However, they have stopped offering the small taco combo and have reduced the size of their singles. Both vegetarian and meat options are priced the same. The service is good, but be prepared for a wait to order and receive your food, especially between 12-3pm. The restaurant has a spacious parking lot and a few outdoor seating options, but most customers prefer to eat in their cars or take the food to go. 4 stars for food quality.
