I mean, it's alright... customer service was good. I'm just confused on how you mess up a hot chocolate... it genuinely tastes like chalk and depression. Chocolate chip cookie was good.

Usually get my coffee at the QFC Starbucks next door until some kid REALLY messed up my Peppermint Mocha order. Came to this store on my next order and they got it PERFECT! Whipped cream wasn't slathered all over the lid and the drink was delicious.

Just ordered and tasted a tall white chocolate mocha, perfect temperature and flavor with whipped cream. However, I was charged $5.78! I didn't think prices were going up until July.

I note that some reviewers complain about poor staff and/or service at this Starbucks. Not my experience on four or five separate visits. Always very friendly and helpful staff.
