Fischer Meats - Issaquah

I always have a fantastic experience with the service at Fischer Meats, and their meat products are truly the best quality in the area! It's wonderful to see this long-standing local business thriving. My family enjoys the wide variety of sausages available, and I really appreciate being able to buy excellent cuts of beef and pork in the sizes that fit my needs!

We purchased a whole lamb here, and while the quality was good and the price was $11.99 per pound, we faced an issue at pickup. The shop insisted that the lamb weighed 50 pounds, but when we weighed it at home, it turned out to be only 44 pounds. This resulted in an overcharge of $72. I'm really disappointed with this beloved local store that has a history of over 100 years.

My family has been visiting this restaurant for years, and they consistently provide the best cuts of meat along with a wide variety of seasonings and sauces that enhance the flavor of every dish. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the fantastic work, Josh and team!

The service is always attentive and the meat/fun spices/jerk/dog bones are highest quality! We come up from Enumclaw to revisit our fave butcher.
