Il Tempio Della Pizza - ISPICA

Very nice, cozy place on a pedestrian-only street with plentful parking in side streets. It became our dinner of choice while in Ispica. Unpresumptious food at great value. I would highlight octopus salad and appretizer, sote di vongole (appetizer but huge portion which was enough as regular main meal), pizza with seafood (literally covered by it) as well as spagetti vongole. At 8pm you may have strange feeling that you are entering a tourist trap because there is nobody around. By 8:45 you will not stand a chance to get a table. They also do lots of pizza takeaway.

Very good pasta, sea food and polpo. Nice place, separated with bushes/plants from the road. We had insalata di polpo, fritto misto and pasta with vongole and sea urchin. Everyrhing was very tasty, we were really satisfied. We will definitely come back and try pasta with lobster, which is for two people and we didn’t agree on it that evening. Very tasty focaccia accompanied the meals.
