The food and service at this restaurant were awful. It took nearly two hours for my order to arrive, and when I called to check on it after waiting for over an hour, the person I spoke to was aggressive before abruptly hanging up on me. My neighbors have also had similar negative experiences with this restaurant. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and missing items. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the long wait, the poor quality of the food, and the terrible service.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a vegan dish due to allergies, but it came with egg, even though it was supposed to be a vegan recipe and not listed as containing egg in their allergen information. I tried to have a new dish sent out, but the customer service person forgot to follow up. When I called the branch manager, they were very rude and insisted that I was mistaken about the dish containing egg. I had to leave my home to show them the error in person. The manager then pointed out that there were other dishes in my order that contained meat and eggs, which I had not realized due to my partner's dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

The menu at this restaurant has more options than other takeout places, including unique dishes like pork and chicken bean noodles and pork and goji berry dumplings. The prices are on par with similar restaurants, but the quality of the food is better. Overall, I would recommend trying Zing Zing.

Simple, funny, comfortable. pork goji dumplings are great, pad thai is average. as a take-away restaurant makes definitiw his job. also high-quality packaging are noticeable.

I love cooking, not making me wrong, but there are some takeaways that are worth not cooking. eating is always of good quality, comes fast and never cold. they warn them when it is extremely busy and the waiting time will be long. they offer a lot of directed and experimenting always and try new combinations. it's never getting boring. the char siu pork buns, honey glazed char siu and coconut tamarind prawns are one of my favorite they also deliver bubbled and recently got an alcohol license. Do not forget to try their newest Dessert creations!
