The Gibson - Islington

I have to say, this cocktail lounge is the best! They have such a fantastic selection, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. I definitely want to come back. As for the drinks, I tried the glitter-skin cocktail and the golden monkey-king cocktail, along with some delicious oysters.

We visited a cozy and intimate bar with a wonderful variety of expertly crafted cocktails. The live guitarist on Thursday night added to the ambiance, creating a fantastic atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed my mescal cocktail, which came with a unique side of worms.

Amazing little place full of wonderful, unique cocktails in interesting themed glasses'. Friendly and helpful staff. Do pre-book to get a table as it's only small inside.

The team at The Gibson are incredible. The cocktails speak for themselves but they offer lovely little snacks and pairings with the cocktails. Definitely try the Aged Martini with Inverroche Amber Gin from South Africa!

This bar is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a small group of people. The cocktail menu is extensive, with beautifully crafted drinks that are not only delicious but also quite theatrical. The waitress was knowledgeable and explained the ingredients and preparation of each cocktail. I can't wait to go back again sometime!
