I live in north london(tottenham) and had to go to east (islington) for some chipotle. I orderd my food and the food came cold. The resterant smells weird. Nice and bad. Like rats and crispy saucy chicken at the same time. IM GOING TO AMERICA! Maybe theyll provide better service
The worst experience in any Chipotle I have had. Waited ten minutes because they were doing Deliveroo orders, no apology and did not even acknowledge us. Had a voucher for free chips and gauc or salsa and claimed or would not work and not interested in my questions. Paid and asked if there was any chipopte sauce as there was none out and didn’t even check before telling us no. Absolutely no friendliness or care for their job and honestly shocked at how terrible the service was and how little they even cared for customers. When we then ate our food it was cold. Ate, left and will never return
I used to dine at this restaurant every other week, but during Covid, they stopped accepting cash. I returned today to see if the policy had changed, but it appears that it is now permanent. While I will miss the food, I have a principle of only frequenting places that accept cash. Therefore, I have made Five Guys, located across the road, my new go-to spot.
This restaurant offers top-quality food and service. The meals are both nutritious and delicious. I highly recommend dining here. It's a great healthy option during the COVID pandemic.
Came here alone for a quick bite, it's decent good range of fresh ingredients so you can build your own burrito or salad or whatever. Very tasty and plenty of space to sit down or you can take away. Speedy and fresh, all good
