Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I see Freddy’s jumped on the corporate greed bandwagon. I paid close to $30 for two basic combos

Great food and service.Surrounding area had a homeless camp tho

We ordered 2 dessert and tried ordering a puppy patty and pup cup, the young man taking our order was new, and had no one helping him, he was trying, when we got to the window our cone was dripping all over and the lady handing it to me did not offer a cup, napkins nothing, when I asked for it to be made again, she rolled her eyes and said that's how it comes, so I cancelled the cone, she turned yelled for whom I guess was the manager and very angrily throw away the cone, the manger never talk to us, then I had to ask for my receipt as I was charged wrong for the pup patty....I was charged for a whole burger minus everything.....there was what looked like old food and trash in the drive through and it did not look like horrible. This was the worst service I have received at a fast food place in a long time....very disappointed, this is a reflection of BAD management!!!! And franchisees not caring about their restaurant....

The staff did a good job at maintaining great customer service and keeping up with business, it’s sad to see how frequently the staff have to deal with homeless causing issues. But these workers still manage to provide great food and service! Your hard work is appreciated thank you for all you do.

Drive thru was busy, however the fact that food isn't made until it's ordered is great. It's worth the little wait.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
